From the moment I met Chris and Claire, I knew their wedding day was going to be a blast–and I was definitely not disappointed! Combine 90s hits, fireworks, lively guests, and one of the sweetest couples ever all in a beautifully intimate space, and you’ve got a recipe for THE. BEST. TIME.
We had a gorgeous day for Chris and Claire’s intimate ceremony and reception. They were so easy-going and flexible throughout the day, and it led to some major photography magic happening all day long!
The ceremony and reception were heart-felt and personal, and their love for each other was evident throughout the whole thing.
Not only did the bride and groom totally cut loose on their wedding day, but so did everybody else! I mean, when you’ve got a bride who legitimately raps every word of “Shoop” by Salt-N-Pepa and a guest who performs a spot-on Michael Jackson impersonation, you know that the dance is going to be a good time for everyone.
Twice throughout the evening we were able to sneak away and capture some really great photos when the lighting and background were absolutely dreamy. Once was at sunset, and the other was later on when fireworks from the Aquatennial were flashing in the background.
There couldn’t have been a more perfect backdrop for capturing this couple’s fun-loving personality toward the end of the night. The energy was intense and the vibe was all about celebrating Chris and Claire. A perfect cap to this couple’s perfect day.
