I've always cherished my family - they are everything to me. Now, as a mom of two sweet girls, I value my family time even more. The photos I've taken of my daughters (and the photos we've taken together) are my most cherished possessions. They both change daily and the family photos we have hung up all around our home are a constant reminder that life is short, time is always moving forward, and our relationships are the most precious thing we have in this life.
I even named my business, Tiger Lily Photography, after my grandmother. Gifted with a natural green thumb, she lit up every moment she spent in her garden, especially tending the tiger lilies in front of her home. Even when dementia her memories and the hobby she treasured so much, her tiger lilies still faithfully returned year after year, becoming a symbol of the good times we had and her love for us.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to preserve moments and memories through weddings, portraits, and branding sessions in Minneapolis, MN and Phoenix, AZ.
I want to give you canvases that cover the walls of your first home as a married couple and make you smile even in the middle of your first disagreement. I want to give you the headshot of your dreams that gives you the confidence to send your ideal client to your website knowing you’re about to close the deal. I want to give you a boudoir album filled cover-to-cover with photos that, even on your worst day, make you say, “Daaaamn I look good!” because we all deserve to have images that lift us up and highlight all the qualities (both inside and out) that make us beautiful.
Most days you can find me at my treadmill desk, in a ponytail/sweatshirt/leggings combo while answering emails, editing galleries, or chatting with a new client on the phone. When I’m not working, I'm almost always with my husband and daughters, spending time with family and friends, or planning my next trip!
