How do you deliver your images?
All of our collections are delivered through a gallery link. We also provide you access to our professional lab for prints and albums. Contact us for more information about print and album pricing. All wedding clients receive print and album credits with every collection.

What is your photography style?
We do our very best to draw out real, genuine emotions in all of our clients. We want your photos to showcase your life as it is now! We edit nearly all of our photos using the same custom TLP preset which ends up somewhere right in the middle of "light and airy" and "dark and moody". A lot of how we edit each session is dependent on where we're shooting, the client's personality, and the event or decor. You can see more of our work on our portfolio page.

Are you insured?
Of course! Please let me know if your venue needs a copy of my policy.

How do I hire you to do my session?

All sessions are officially booked once we receive your signed contract and retainer.

Other than weddings, what kind of sessions do you offer?
We offer a variety of services including small business, corporate, headshots, branding, seniors, family, kids, lifestyle, Fresh 48, and more! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you're interested in a service you don't see on this list!

Do you deliver every image you take during our session?
No, we don't! We eliminate all duplicates, test shots, blurry images, and other photos that simply aren't up to our standard. This ensures that the gallery you receive is truly the best of the best!

What rights do I have to the digital images?
You have the right to print the images and share them on social media. However, you are not permitted to sell your images for profit or publish your images without the express written consent of TLP.

I. GENERAL FAQ

What is the wedding booking process like with you?
The process typically begins with an email or contact form submission from you! I'll respond to your message within 24-48 hours and let you know if  I or one of my associate photographers is available for your date. I'll send you our pricing information and a brief questionnaire your way and then ask to set up a super brief phone consult with you. Your wedding is officially on our calendar once we receive a signed contract and 50% retainer from you.

How many hours should we book you for our wedding?
That's entirely up to you and your fiance! The average TLP couple books us for 8 hours.

How much do you charge for a wedding?
The typical TLP couple spends $2,500 on their wedding collection. Associate collections begin at $1700 and standard collections begin at $2000. 

Do you travel? 
Yes! We love traveling and will go just about anywhere to serve our clients! Additional travel fees or mileage may apply, but we love destination weddings so much that we offer special, discounted package pricing for out of state/international weddings. Please reach out to get a quote for your elopement or destination wedding!

If we cancel the wedding, do we get our retainer back?
Unfortunately, no. This fee is used to reserve our services for the big day and prevents us from working with other clients on your wedding day!

If we change our wedding date, will we be able to use our retainer towards a future date?
Generally, yes! However, we need to work with each client on a case by case basis. Because we book out weddings 6-18 months in advance, we may not be able to serve you on the future date you select. Additionally, our rates may increase between the time you've booked the first date and when you finally settle on the second date, so please keep that in mind as you plan ahead!

When should we do our engagement session?
This is entirely up to you, but we do encourage you to book your engagement session as soon as possible! Once you book us to shoot your wedding, you are responsible for reaching out to let us know approximately when you would like to do your engagement session! From there, we will work together to find a date and time that works.

Can we schedule our engagement session on the weekend?
Because nearly all weddings occur on weekends, we typically do not plan our engagement sessions for the weekend. If there is absolutely no other time you can make work between you and your fiance, we can look ahead and do our best to find a date and time that will work! 

What should we do on the day of our engagement pictures?
We recommend taking off  work (either a full or half day) and turning the rest of the day into a date between you and your fiance! Because wedding planning can be a very stressful time, we always strive to keep the photo part as fun as possible. We also recommend hiring a professional hair and/or makeup artist for your photos, as they can help make your already gorgeous features pop even more on the camera.

Do we have to do an engagement session? 
You are not required to do an engagement session with me, although they are included complementarily in every wedding collection! 

What is your turnaround time for wedding photos?
You'll receive an email with your gallery link no later than 90 days after your big day! Once you receive your gallery, you'll be able to download, print, and share your images!

Do you do destination weddings? 
Yes, we love to serve clients all around the world!
